Toronto
B2B sales & customer success builder — 15 years. I moved from France to Toronto with my family to build a new chapter. Same drive, new country.
I turn at-risk situations and unhappy clients into wins.
Trust, retention, and long-term partnerships are what I do.
Thrown into the unknown? I figure it out and deliver.

Story
At 22, I joined a company that had just gone into receivership — the owner had lost her husband, who ran everything, and nobody left knew the business. I had one year: turn it around or close the doors.
I learned the products from scratch (trailers for horses and construction pros), managed the supply relationship with our UK manufacturer (Ifor Williams), ran customer service, handled trade shows and fairs. We secured the court-approved recovery plan, rebuilt the business, and it was later sold as a healthy company.
That's where I learned what I still do today: walk into chaos, take ownership, and deliver.
And it was never a one-off — it's how I've worked my whole career:
Give me the deep end — that's where I do my best work. And I'll bring that same drive to learning your way of doing things and fitting into your team.
Builder
An AI SaaS that analyzes sales calls and coaches sales reps to run better, more structured one-to-ones. I understand sales deeply, and I can build.
Language
Let me be straight with you: my spoken English is still basic — I'm early on the curve and climbing it every single day (daily immersion, lessons, weekly practice with native speakers).
French is my native language — a real asset for your francophone and Québec accounts.
I'm not hiding the gap; I'm closing it. Learning fast under pressure is the one thing my whole career proves.
Looking for
A customer-facing or problem-solving role on a Toronto team — sales support, client relations, customer success, account coordination, operations. I'm not precious about the title or the starting point: I'd rather earn your trust from the ground up than wait for a perfect role.
Give me something to own and I'll outwork the room, learn fast, and grow with your team.
Education & credentials
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate (France)
IOBSP accreditation (France) — background in regulated finance, compliance and credit analysis
Let's talk — in French or English.
